"I cannot thank assistant manager Jacob enough for the high quality customer service this morning! I am an on call worker and rely heavily on my car, so I was a bit out of sorts when my car battery wasn't working this morning. Jacob helped me pick out the correct battery for my car, supplied me with the tools to replace it on site, and offered to come out to check on me once the other employee arrived for the day. He came outside in the pouring rain and got completely soaked to help me secure the new battery. It was an incredibly kind gesture and I will definitely be a returning customer in the future!"
