Quick oil change - and some education on upcoming maintenance/service things to be watching over the next 3-6 months (No pushy upsells). Nice to have a place you can trust."

"My experience with Edmonds Meineke was beyond disappointing, courtesy of mechanic Troy. I brought in my car for a routine spark plug replacement, coolant check, and driver belt replacement. However, what I received was nothing short of a nightmare. Troy handed me a laundry list of supposed emergency repairs including brakes, tie rod, and an oil leak. To my surprise, when I inspected my car at home, there was no visible oil leak, and the tie rod was perfectly fine. How can a mechanic misdiagnose so blatantly? To add insult to injury, not only did Troy overfill my coolant resulting in leaks, but he also failed to honor the basic task of a mechanic—properly refilling coolant. Additionally, despite displaying a veteran discount sign in the store, I received no discount when I returned the next day for front brake repairs which Troy insisted were urgent. It's appalling that he would disregard a veteran in such a manner. The discount was not visible on my receipt and the final cost was more than the estimate. To top it all off, I discovered I was overcharged compared to rates at other shops for similar services. It's clear that Edmonds Meineke is more interested in scamming customers than providing honest, competent service. Rest assured, I will be contacting the corporate office to ensure that my experience, and the lackluster service provided by Troy, does not go unnoticed. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs."

"Fast service, honest and thorough diagnostics. My vehicle was towed there after hours and was looked at by the next morning. Justin was wonderful. I was shown pictures the problem area on my car as well as possible future areas that might need maintenance. Overall great experience and I have already recommended this location to my family."
