"I love black rock, great drinks and staff is always friendly. I leave this review in hopes that someone will take what I’m saying seriously. There’s a serious cross contamination issue. I go to this specific location a couple times a week and the past few months I’ve gotten several fuel drinks that taste like coffee and specifically hazelnut. I get the same fuel drink everytime, I know it’s not suppose to taste like hazelnut. I’ve brought it up and they’re nice and apologetic but it still happens. If someone has an allergy and this happens it’s not okay… it’s probably as simple as someone using the same spoon to stir and not cleaning it properly."
