"Soda vending machine has not had ice in it for a few years so you have to ask for ice. Soda vending machine smells like a dirty diaper. The food is guaranteed to freak out your stomach. Go to the Jack in the box on Martin Way. Much cleaner with better service and food."

"I remember the breakfast burritos being so good. I got one today and it was AWFUL. Tiny tiny burrito, as seen in picture. They only have one kind you can get now (basically meat lovers) and tasted weird. Will not be going back for anything anytime soon."

"I ordered door dash because my kids wanted hash browns and nuggets at 8:00 in the morning. I ordered a sausage croissant and was sent a ham croissant. Someone put HALF a hashbrown in the bag and was like "this is fine". Everything looked like it had been sitting for HOURS and my kids wouldn't even eat it. What the hell?? Is this real life? I have NEVER been served food like this. Ever."

"Went through the drive thru and the lady taking my order was rude when I tried to order a milkshake, that they couldn’t make because “the people last night didn’t clean it and she needed to clean it.” And then she told me they only have basic sodas like strawberry Fanta, lemonade, sprite, etc. even though it says they have 100+ flavors…. I ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger, ketchup only and when I got it it had everything on it.. so I called the store and the manager, Leann, was rude trying to tell me, “well you didn’t come to my drive thru” so I had to explain “her” Jack in the box’s exact location…. And she tried to argue with me about whether I had said ultimate cheeseburger with ketchup ONLY when ordering.. very rude all around from every person I interacted with in anyway. And the fryer must have been dirty too because the fries have stuff all over them from dirty oil."

"I ate here in July 2022 on a Sunday night. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly! We loved cracking jokes with them and had such a great time! The food was perfect for a quick meal!"
