"This restaurant hasn't served me even close to what I order, ever!!! And the food they did give me was inedible. Once I ordered online only to show up to find them closed at 9pm. I had to bang on the window until someone opened it and he handed me a bag of old, cold food that was left over on their rack. Do not eat here!"

"Worst fast food experience of my life today. $57 for lunch for my family. Order messed up. Food prepared poorly. Fries cold. Fry containers half empty. Salad slimy and gross. Restaurant had zero forks so we got one at Taco time. Sour dough jack dry and they used a smaller patty from a different burger. I could go on.... UPDATE 1/22: It's been about 2 months since my review. I went to the website and provided feedback and contact information at the link provided by the owner. No response. No comment. Nothing. I will never eat at this Jack in the Box or any other location ever again. I hope and encourage everyone else to do the same. Complete disregard for feedback or opinions of customers."

"I ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and a large grape Powerade because any meal was a ridiculous price. Any other burger was over 8 bucks regardless so i ended up paying over 8 bucks for one of the worst burgers ever. The Powerade was decent but the burger looked horrible, smelled worse and tasted like poo. Jack N The Box is one of the worst fast food places now a days!"

"I love Jack In The Box the store in my old town closed down and Im so happy to be able to eat here again. This location is especially awesome, they have great staff Shauna is quick, nice, and is always working hard. The food always comes out fresh and delicious. I recommend checking this location out and showing them some love."

"This is not the first time I have experienced this at the Tumwater JBO. I just got the saddest excuse of a breakfast burrito this morning. Plus the guy was just like hurry up and take your food and go. He had that my life and everything is terrible. I get that it may just a bad day for that person but, get it together while your working. Take a day off and decompress if you can. Sucks that when you're looking forward to a treat, your joy can be ruined by such encounters. Alas, I guess this is and will always be. As a resident of this area I try to patron at the businesses in my area but, I think im done with this restaurant. I think the frozen breakfast Burritos look better and are filled more."
