"Drink was not made properly. Girl was like in a "milking the clock mode". She admitted she didn't know how to make it but, she didn't ask for help."

"The slowest service I’ve encountered at a Starbucks and they messed up my drink order. Was on the road and stopped for a quick drink. 20 mins later I left, with my drink, only to discover afterwards it wasn’t what I ordered. They messed up the order for the person ahead of me too. There was a large puddle of spilled milk/coffee drink on the floor right by the pick up counter that you had to step in to retrieve your drink. No effort to mark the wet floor or clean it up in the 20 mins I stood waiting for the three drinks ahead of mine to be made. Cashier couldn’t ring my drink up as a credit charge, just debit. Won’t be stopping here again. Big frowny face."

"Starbucks is awesome inside Freddy Meyers Store. The ladies & the service is fantastic. They are so helpful & also friendly. They give away free cold water cups (with & without ice). They give me also cups of "Hot" waters when I ask as well. I buy a box of hot chocolate, or hot cider, or packs of oat meal in a box. I then mix it up with hot chocolate & oat meal in the cup of hot water, & a plastic spoon to mix it all together. I slowly eat my hot meal in a cup to warm up on such cold days of snow & cold rain & winds. I even buy boxes of hot soup mixes of chicken, or beef soup, or even top ramen noodles mixes. It warms me up when I am so cold & hungry & chilled. It also is a great way to buy these items at Freddy Meyers Store, & get 2 hot waters from Star Bucks, & then find some homeless persons to give them to him or them with spoons & some napkins & a cup tray to hold them in & a great way to help them to warm up & to get some warm food to eat for a while. That is what we really appreciate the wonderful & kind people at the local & great Starbucks."

"After waiting for several minutes our first drink was served while the other three coffees were in the process. When we got our last drink the barista person realized the first drink was the wrong drink ordered. Our kid was drinking it and suddenly the barista person took it away from the table and provided the right one according to her. My kid was confused as well as we were she then explained the actions she was doing. We did not care to pay for the difference of the price if any but we did not had that option. She flushed the drink in her zinc. What a experience .. all this happened in the evening of the memorial day weekend, it was not too busy to give this as an excuse."
