Starbucks

"Very, very slow. And not because of a line. Just not organized to make best use of persnnel. They have at least 6 working. But it's a long wait to get 3 shots and some cream."

"Slow service. Clearly a motivation and management problem employees not engaged or communicating. Leaning against the counter when customers are backed up. Heads down not alert. Corporate should step in and make a change. For an airport coffee shop the sped and attentiveness is way below par and Corporate expectations."

"I waited at the register for almost 5 minutes while they talked to Eachother then decided to serve me then they took their sweet time shaking my drink for 5 min while talking to their friend, they made that drink wrong and put it in the wrong size cup. I sat there for almost 10 min waiting for my water so I just ended up leaving without all of my order."

"For a couple of years I’ve been doing my best to like Starbucks again. I can still remember the fresh coffee flavor to espresso drinks that was there years ago. Today, lattes and even cappuccinos taste and smell like warm milk. I’ve tried adding extra shots and cannot find the balance that used to be there. Going forward, the only Starbucks I’ll drink is what’s served on airplanes and it will be black. I’m curious if changing the profile was a conciousness decision by Starbucks??"

"Horrible service. I’ve never left a bad review for a coffee shop before but this woman was absolutely unprofessional, rude, & lazy. Didn’t do anything at all. Acted like she was only there to hold the register up. Didn’t get her name, but she has black long hair tied up with a clip & lots of makeup."
