"The other pictures are not updates.. it has been on the middle for Long time ... of course, they got my order wrong ... even tho i was very specific about the size... one girl was very argumentative.. I was confused,I guess because it was not my name, and the items were wrong .. 25 minutes later, I got what order .."

"Got to the airport earlier around 6:30 hoping to get my coffee. Google says they are open from 4:30. No one was there, staff showed up around 7, they were not in a rush, I thought they’d open soon. I waited more and more. Some girls came by and kindly asked if they are open and barista with a very angry irritated voice replied “so we aren’t open until 9”. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to"

"Had ridiculously slow service, only 5 people in line in front of me but took at least 20 minutes to get a plain hot tea. Then they ran out of the right kind. Also charged for a latte instead of the proper cost for plain tea. The gals working there wear moving so slow they must have all had a hangover. Really people this is an airport and people don’t have all day. Get your act together"

"They have 2 people on and a lineup out of the store; why the five stars? Sometimes we must wait for what we what - grateful to have the store and staff to provide Starbucks at 4:59AM. Not only do you have the line up but mobile orders too… they have the option of closing mobile orders in some locations, I suggest that when they’re operating short staffed, the ability to defer mobile ordering to a less busy time. ….Also a pilot line would be helpful - we wouldn’t want to stand in the way of a pilot’s basic request to caffeinate!"
