"The good: -classic fries are good -person working the drive through was nice The bad: -I like a little pink but the burger was pretty undercooked -The bun is... Grainy and unsubstantial. That the best way I can describe it. -High price for what you get regardless of locally sourced ingredients. -Asking for tips at a fast food joint? If y'all are paying your employees a living wage and that was a reason for your high prices I would be fine with that, but the presence of a tip ask in the drive through screams "We pay our employees the lowest wages we can, give them more money so they can pay rent please" Maybe I'm just spoiled with my local food options at home but locally sourced ingredients, well paid employees, and delicious burgers/fries/shakes are not hard to find and have both better serving sizes and are cheaper than this place where I live."

"Edit to add. We ordered truffle fries, one medium and one large. The "medium" was SIX fries. The large was SEVEN. soooooo not worth it. Yet again another bad experience. And because of the oils leaking through the bag, my pants are stained. Terrible experience. I've gotten plenty of ice-cream sandwiches from burgerville, NOT melted. Went through tonight and ordered one, it wad melted. Figured no big deal, we'll just ask for another. Got another, even more melted than the first, and NOT at all edible. Asked for the manager to let them know that maybe their freezer wasn't working well. The manager for the night, Jenna, was extremely rude. Told us to go home and freeze it. WHO GETS ICE-CREAM IN A DRIVE THROUGH TO GO HOME AND FREEZE IT?? Do we also go home and cook the burgers ourselves? SO not happy about how we were treated."

"Late night dinner bite at Burgerville after a long drive through Oregon. The place was packed ten minutes before closing. When the time was right, I entered the drive through and a soft spoken gal asked me what I wanted to order. I glanced at the menu screen, for what seemed an eternity, and decided to get the most intimidating burger. The 1/2# Colossal Burger was nothing but a mouthful. The attendant was very polite and made sure I got my order straight. I added a side of waffley fries and a mint patty shake to the mix. The burger was not too intimidating in person, but quickly satisfied my taste buds. The mint patty shake was a cool way to neutralize the meal. Minty fresh!"
