"We had the biscuits and gravy with eggs over easy and a breakfast burrito. Both were excellent. The pork sausage in both was not too salty and the texture was just right. It's difficult to rate atmosphere of a food truck, but I gave a 5-star because of the friendliness of the owner, Mike."
"We moved here to Saint Helens last year, found this place. They have the best biscuits and gravy around. They cut up their biscuits into bite-size and they have an amazing gravy with good flavor bits of sausage and the right amount of seasoning."
"This food truck has some amazing food options! We wanted to try a little of everything so our family split each one of the options. The top two favorites were the Cuban Sandwich and the Biscuits & Gravy. They were phenomenal! We will definitely be going back for more! The owner/cook is very kind and fun to chat with. He has an obvious passion for what they do, and it shows through their food's quality. I highly recommend giving them a try when in Rainier."
