"The short lady that was working on january 21st at 9pm at Halsey location is very rude and unpleasant to talk to...she wouldn't even place our order she said cause they were closing early for the night but it was 8:47pm. I walked out and she has helped 7 other people so far now its 9:10pm and she just placed a black man's order at 9 11pm Wow.... B.S."

"Pizza Hut used to be a good place. After this last order, we won't be making another. The quality has gone downhill as have the options to the point where it is no longer worth it to order Pizza Hut. To make matters worse, this specific one screwed up a pizza from the ground up, dough, sauce, and toppings. No more."

"The picture says it all . It was lazily put together . The pizza was fresh out the oven and crust hard as a rock lol. I love my pizza and wings ashamed it Was treated without it(love). I called the restaurant to speak with the manager today he said he was the manager on site the general manager would be back Tuesday. It’s 11:15 am I suggest you look into that because this man whoever he was questioned my intelligence by saying I don’t understand what you’re talking about and it doesn’t make sense to me because I wasn’t there. Lol how rude . Im trying to explain to him the order wasn’t filled to my satisfaction and he cuts me off with he doesn’t know what im talking about then proceeds with he doesn’t know if he can handle this."

"Our favorite stuffed crust pizza has been Pizza Hut for over 20 years! The Pepperoni and Crispy Bacon is the bomb. Their pastas are also so good there are never leftovers! The people who work here are really cool and care about what they do (= good chow)!"
