"I’ve ordered from dominos many times over this year, but never from this location. I don’t know if it’s the location or just bad luck on this one order but even before I opened the pizza I thought it smelled bad. I took one bite, gave the rest of the meat topping from that slice to my dog, and threw the rest away. I can’t reply describe the taste other than gross but it also looked and tasted very… not fresh. It looked stale and dry and mixed with the gross smell of it I couldn’t keep an appetite . Unfortunately its $40 down the drain but I’d rather that then getting sick."
"Paul = worst delivery driver ever and I believe his name was Gil that I talked to on the phone said it’s my fault my pizza is cold and im basically lying about it. You can definitely tell it’s under new ownership what a horrible experience the last two times. We will never order from here again and I’ll also tell my neighbors not to. Who argues over a mistake that was their fault? This dominos sure does ! $22 pizza refund and they refused and we order about 2 times a week. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Rude childish staff who back each other up on lies and make the customer feel awful about them reporting the bad quality of the food. Don’t waste your money here arguing with these morons who can’t even respect customers and make a decent pizza. Look at the pizza it looks like it’s been refrigerated! But according to the manager in his words “it’s impossible for your pizza to have been cold in that short amount of time”"
"Guilmoro? I suck at spelling, but he is AWESOME! Brittany is awesome too. There are a couple delivery drivers (whom are very white) and clearly don't speak English, but for the most part, when you get the dream team; it's AMAZING! We order mostly on weekdays and that's the best time: that's when the good people work. Anyways, thank you! It's amazing! I didn't spell his name right but Guilmoro went above and beyond!"
"Take a stroll down memory lane and think of all your past Dominoes experiences. Were there issues with the order? Were specific requests disregarded erroneously? Was the driver rude? Was the order correct however the quality of the product received left a little to be desired? Was the experience overall mediocre??? If you answered yes to some or all of these please a take a deep breath and confidently begin your Dominoes order with NW 29th as the origin of your pizza journey because this location kicks so much heinie I guarantee your previous experiences even positive will not live up to the excellence provided by these folks. Every instance of ordering Dominoes from here has been superb. No matter the specifications on the pizzas and sides, additions, subtractions, etc. the orders come out 100% correct each time. The ingredients are fresh as they can be and the flavors as a whole come alive and ready to tackle whatever munchie woe you might be suffering from at the time. We live down by 23rd and promptness from the moment of hitting send to receiving the order can probably explain more about the speed of light than even reading Einsteins1905 Swiss papers on the matter. But most importantly its the service that makes this place thrive like a young Michael Jordan entering his prime. A while back in a deep intoxicated slumber I had placed a large order prior to shutting my eyes for the night. When I woke up in a panic I had realized I was not awake to meet the driver and bring in the product. I saw 2 voicemails from the driver as well texts doing everything possible to get the product to me. Ultimately the pizzas were unwittingly donated to the nearby unhoused community but what stuck out to me was the unwavering commitment to getting me my order in spite of my own negligence. The commitment and dedication from the driver to make sure that I ended up receiving the order was incredible. These people care! In conclusion, delete your Pizza Hut app. Abolish your Pizzicato cravings. Dismantle your oven because Murphy is no longer needed. Kiss John goodbye because that Papa is also a pizza of the past. If you live in this locations ordering radius please hit submit now and you can thank me later. You will NOT be disappointed."
