"I had a delicious Calorie loaded Hot Cocoa. My Friend had something Cold. Both were well prepared. Inside was very clean. Personnel were Courteous & Professional. We passed on the Pastries since it was almost Dinner Time, but boy was that hard to do!"

"They were slammed this day so maybe it was this thay caused the problem? They made mine and handed it to me and there was little drizzle of mocha on top but the drink was whitish in color and very runny. I said sorry is there mocha in here because it does not look like it and it is very runny. The girl said oh sorry I took it as mocha drizzle. She remade it the only thing that seemed to change was no mocha drizzle on top this time. Still just as runny and not the flavor it should taste like. I unfortunately can not drink coffee's like this so runny it is like just drinking milk and it does make me sick for some reason so i had to throw it out. I was not going to attempt a 3rd time on them remaking it. Just went to this location because it was not closed. I will wait for the others to be open next time. Thank you though for beinf open on this day."

"Ordered a Gingerbread latte- tastes like watered down milk! Went back reordered and tasted at the window. Still tasted "undrinkable". Gal stated "ya I can't stand that one either" and sent me on my way. Wouldn't u think a different drink option would have been offered? That was a waste of $7!"
