"I stopped going to KFC about a year ago. I recently saw the spicy slaw wrap and had to have one. It was delicious. The pickles really set it off. 2 for 5$ is a great deal and perfect lunch. Writing this after several recent stops. Always fresh. New crew is very personable and kind. Everyone is doing their best. 2 stars automatically off for atmosphere. Corporations need to do better in creating an atmosphere. Take it back to the 80s. Another star off because this location desperately needs a remodel. And if they want to keep their current employees they could at least keep the temperature comfortable. Each time the dining room is empty and I take my food home. It's freezing. The seats are taped up. Even the landscaping is nonexistent. Anyway, I'm back. Hope whoever is vacationing off this place invests in their property and employees."

"This is Astoria’s little secret! Fast service. Friendly service. The chicken is cooked perfectly. The staff is very polite and friendly. If you go inside or take your good back with you . You will be so pleased with your order . When we went there . It was almost closing time . They where very busy. But they worked so hard to make sure everyone was very satisfied. It gave me a smile . To see employees. Loving what they do . Thank you for such a great service."

"This location is not good. Eaten here twice, twice I've been disappointed. The customer service is serverley lacking. First time in I ordered a famous bowl. Only got two peices of chicken, all the rest were just hard fried batter chunks. This time couldn't get what I wanted, had to settle. I'm pretty sure I get overcharged as well. Two tries and disappointments is enough for me. Now I know why there's never anyone there."
