"Went by 3 times to have them look at my tankless water heater in our rv. Ignored me standing at the counter in front of him. Power trip, I think. Said he would have someone come out, never did. Went back twice, told the same thing, never showed. People in our park won't use him."

"I cannot say enough good about this place. We are out-of-towners staying at a local RV park and discovered our RV propane water tank wasn't working. We were referred by the park to Sonny's RV. Our fingers were crossed because we were only in town for 3 days. The owner agreed to send someone out to check out the problem the following afternoon even though he was swamped. Sure enough a little after the lunch hour help arrived. However, he had the wrong board with him. The owner made a couple trips out himself to see that our unit was fixed. Before long we had hot water. When we thought it was time to settle the bill we were told to stop by their office in the morning to pay!! Can you believe that? We were stunned as we could have just pulled out and left. They actually trusted a stranger. What a great place and what great people. Obviously, we can't say enough good about this place!!"

"5/12/2022 Waited 2 weeks to get in for an appointment after being put off the week before finally drove 4hrs there to my opointment to get a septic valve replaced and was told they didn't have the time and were backed up till July at the earliest for any work . When I was told on the phone they could fix it in 30 minutes or less . Anyway don't wast your time with these clowns bad business practices . Next time anyone calls in for work that needs done just say your booked full till July instead of wasting everyone's time and effort... Or here's an idea hire more people if your that busy and make a killing"

"We were able to get our travel trailer in on short notice. They diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the parts. Once the parts arrived they were installed right away and we were good to go. The receiving of the parts, which I know is out of Sonny's control, was horrible. Also horrible was Sonny's customer service. Even they recognize that fault. I would call every week to find out about progress, and they would apologize for not contacting us. Even given their lack of communication, I would highly recommend them and use them again for any trailer problems we may encounter."
