"They used to be great. Now they`re not. We had to wait 2 weeks to get a technician over to fix our pellet stove. One finally came and couldn`t fix it. The next day they sent 2 guys. Shorlty after they left it shut off just like it has been. It starts up and after a short while shuts off. Had to restart ot 50 times a day. They used to come every year for the last 16 years. They would clean it and check everything out. The good workers retired. Now they do the bare minimum.."

"I've made an appointment with Columbia Housewarmers to install a chimney and a new fireplace. Their first estimate appointment was a month away. After patiently waiting a month, someone came, measured everything, and promised to get back to me. A few weeks later I learned that they declined to work on my projects because they don't have employees. I lost almost two months waiting for them and that's what I've got. I recommend looking elsewhere for your fireplace or chimney installations or repair as these people do not respect their clients time and act unprofessionally."
