"Have loved Kirby vacuums for years. However, bought a new one. If I lower it enough to suck up dirt on my low pile carpet, it breaks the belt. Higher adjustment, and the belts are fine but no dirt pickup. Store in Astoria says, oh well, we can't do any adjustments to that, call your salesman."
