"Since I can't reply to comments I guess I get to add another 1 star. Mr. Graff, rude is smoking cigarettes in the shop while we are in there. What I choose to do with my time outside of your shop is my business. if there was an issue smoking herbal cigarettes a simple request I take it further from the property was all you needed to do. Not once did someone tell me prior to working on my vehicle that Sunday was not an operational day. Your Google account says 24 hrs on finish line towing I remind you. I chose to review your company instead of finish line as you were rude. Not Noel. Rude is me knowing all of your drama, I.e. your son not having a relationship with you, your brother hiding his girlfriend Monica because he fears your judgment, you being irritated that your brother took a job. Your wife being mad at you for missing brunch. And all if this being aggressively yelled at me as though I've done something wrong? I just asked how your day was. I refuse to be bullied sir. Rude is being left outside of a locked garage while both mechanics leave us to get parts. Rude is standing in front of the tow truck that was carrying our vehicle because of a bruised ego with John our driver. I don't have enough characters to continue to tell you how rude you have been. However if you want to respond I will gladly leave many other one star reviews with my various other email accounts in response. Again. I will not be bullied or manipulated by a little man. I would have asked for more than $45 to be knocked off, believe me. But your brother seemed genuinely scared of upsetting you and I didn't want him to be punished by you."

"This is a review of Mr. Graff as an individual. No filter with clients and airs all dirty laundry. Lacks professionalism, HE WILL HANG UP ON YOU on the phone. No customer service skills to speak of. And will overcharge you. Run, run while you can. This man was an absolute bully when watching him interact with his brother. I don't know the dynamics but I shouldt be privy to seeing or listening to him gripe about him in front of me as a paying client. I have a much longer experience review but there is not enough space here to write about it."

"Exhaust system needed some work after a DIY patch on a cross country trip - managed to get an appointment quickly with a reasonable quote. Car was ready when they said it would be, and the bill was considerably less than the quote thanks to some ingenuity and common sense. Quality of work was top notch as well, fine looking welds. Thoroughly impressed with this shop, they have my business from here on out."

"Firstly, the customer service is excellent. I called for a quote, and Mark was able to get me the estimated labor and parts costs by the end of day. I was then scheduled by Karen and had a spot for the coming week.I dropped off my car and all services were completed by the next day. This included a coolant flush, spark plug replacement, head lamp replacement, and brake pad replacement. They also rotated my tires for me while they were replacing the brakes. I was given a call once it was finished, and they were so friendly when I picked it up. They have excellent customer service, quick automotive service, and the lowest prices around."

"I originally had a lengthy review but after the owners response, I hope everyone understands a trend I have noticed. Look at every review where someone had an issue and the owner is on the attack. The owner states that I modified my parts, bought the wrong parts, motor mount dampeners are obsolete, and I didn’t pay labor to reinstall the heat shields for my motor mounts. I do not believe the customer is always right but when someone is wronged, it’s worth listening to it. Thanks for the ironic life lesson that I shouldn’t bring my bacon and eggs to a restaurant and expect them to cook it and like the taste. So in other words, I should not bring my vehicle to Graf’s Automotive and expect it to be fixed right. I am convinced if the shop had purchased the mounts, I would have the same issue. Best of luck."
