"They deserve 0 stars but have to give them 1. They are repoing vehicles from customers impacted by COVID shutdowns. Adding on unrealistic charges making it impossible to retain possession. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. A late payment is not a missed payment. My average payment has been $75 above the payment. Never heard anything from auto sales unlimited. Thought they were being sympathetic with so many out of work due to COVID shutdown. Was doing my best to make payments."

"I don't think they actually want to sell cars. We got approved for a vehicle loan to purchase a car on their lot. We've called and messaged little Rob and nothing. He won't return messages. We aren't going to beg to buy a car. Clearly they don't want our business, which is a bummer since I purchased a car from them back in 2012 and I was very happy. Next step, I'm calling Big Rob because he has always been great to me."

"Bought car last yr, 2010 Honda Accord Cross-tour. It cast me over $2800 in the first 6 months to fix all the fire hazards (fuel line broke, fuel pump died in first 10 days they (Auto Sales Unlimited) stated that they could not find any issue) 1st I did an oil and filter change the day after I bought the car and found out the the auto-trans was a qrt & 1/2 low, need new battery due to 2 cells being internally shorted, new positive wire to battery (corroded) and new negative battery wire (could not be repaired with replacement terminal due to corrosion)all in the 1st 6 weeks. 2 more batteries + 3 alternators and ignition safety switch 2 months after putting in the 1st battery that left my wife stranded at work 36 mile from home 2 times. Needed new brakes in the first 6 months ($960) - all not was covered by their extended warranty that we bought for an additional $1000.00. Go to a reputable used auto company that supplies full free CAR-FAX reporting and make sure you have your own ASAE mechanic check the vehicle before you buy.They will not let you take any vehicle outside ASAE mech and provide you only with their backyard mechanic (no certifications) and will not provide free Car-Fax reports as stated under the WSDML used car dealership vehicle sales act. Don't walk but run and if possible fly as fast as you can from this dealership. Any one how want the proof of what I have stated above, I will produce the full Car-Fax report on this vehicle."
