"Sold past date beverage that tasted like gasoline, and they wouldn't let us trade it in for something else. My husband and I almost threw up. When I first started going there about a year ago, the staff were so nice and helpful, but recently, there seems to be a mood switch going on. Employees don't seem as happy, and one of the supervisors looks glum every time we go in. Absolutely no personality at all. Other than that, the store is clean and organized, and the layout is amazing. We're still loyal customers and will continue to be. Maybe just a pep talk or something before shifts would lighten things up."
