"Review: I have mixed feelings writing this review because I genuinely like the team at the trade store and affordable car rentals, especially the owner and his daughter. However, my experience with their car rental service left me feeling taken advantage of, hence why it took so long to review. As a newcomer to Washington with a toddler, I expressed my need for a reliable and reasonably priced car. My son even came to name the car. Unfortunately, the car I received not only had the engine light on from day one(they tried to blame the banks tracker but it was the radiator) but continued to have ongoing issues, causing me endless frustration and financial strain. Despite their friendly demeanor, I can't overlook the fact that I was misled into a $15,000 loan with Peninsula for a car barely worth $6,000, and with repairs and towing costs, the expenses escalated to $9,500 and beyond. It's disheartening to realize that I placed my trust in their smiles and ended up with a completely useless car that didn't even last a full year as promised. I find myself regretful and disappointed, as the car rental experience turned into a nightmare rather than a solution. I hope my feedback serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their services."
