"Was in a big line of cars at the drive through. Waited for 10 minutes stuck between two cars. When the car ahead of us finally pulled forward there was a sign on the window that said “sorrry, closed”. Online it said they were open and there should have been a sign on the drive through menu so as not to waste the customers time. We counted 10 cars that sat at the drive through waiting to order. Poor planning by staff."

"I paid $5 for this I am so bummed. Better to go elsewhere for drinks. I added my ice in later and it still did not fill up to the top. UPDATE: I called and explained that my cup was only filled halfway and they said come back later or tomorrow. I came back the next morning and one of the girls explained that if I wanted it filled up to the top I have to ask for an extra pump otherwise it is diluted. I'm not sure but I did get the cup filled up all the way and that's the way it should be if you pay that much for a drink. I prefer less ice in my drink and put into a separate cup."
