"You wouldn't think Wendy's for fast food breakfast, but it was surprisingly good. Food was freshly made and hot. Tasty and filling. Great customer service, and a pretty good value for the money. Sure beats anything the clown or the royal buffoon has to offer."
"This store is set up for drive-thru customers. I went inside. No menu visible. Ordering must be done on a computer screen. I was given help to navigate the order screen. I asked for a breakfast sandwich made with a croissant. What I got was something resembling a dinner roll. Wrong meat in the sandwich. Potatoes were over embellished and the coffee was the worst I’ve ever had (although it was “fresh roasted). I will never return."
"How are we supposed to use the app when no cashier is open? Just self check out? No one seems to be excited to serve customers. They all seem unhappy working. When I ordered a double Daves burger it came out within seconds. Must be prepacked, and it was squashed..."
"Welcome to the new Wendy’s. People make your food, but they don’t serve it. Order at a self-serve kiosk or on the app, serve your own drink (but they do have the good machine!), and pick up your own order. Everything is clean and sterile, but missing the down-to-earth feel of Wendy’s."
"This location struggles because we have such a limited number of service workers in a service oriented area and employers unwilling to pay a livable wage in a tourist priced area. Despite this, the workers are always kind. The food is always fresh. Like McDonald's, corporate ruins everything by taking the fun out of fast food automatically minus 2 stars. But 3 stars because it's clean, and that's hard with such a busy store."
