"Came in late. Right before close. Kayla was super great and placed our order for us so we didnt have to use the kiosk. I can never see the screen well. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helpful when we were deciding what we wanted to order. There was a tiny problem with one thing we ordered and I told her it was fine, I got enough other food, because they were closing and she insisted on fixing it. Also let us stay and eat there even though it was after closing time. They were all great!"
"45 minute wait in lobby so they can help everyone in drive thru that came half an hour after I did. Got someone else's food then had to wait another 20 minutes before asking very nicely for the GM. I'm told Amy wasn't in that day.... Funny after finding out what she looked like IT WAS THE SAME PERSON THAT TOLD ME AMY WASN'T THERE! YOU ARE GOING TO BE SUED"
"I understand that right now it’s very difficult to find good employees but every single time I’ve gone through this location I’ve had to wait 25-30 minutes in the drive through (not during a rush maybe 3 or 4 cars in the drive through). I keep thinking oh it’s because they’re probably short staffed I get it that must be rough. However it never gets any better, the service is awful they almost always mess up my order or the cost of my order. I’ve had to help them count out the correct change to give back to me. I almost never come to this location because of the problems but I love Taco Bell and am pregnant and that’s all I wanted. When I came through I had to correct the girl three times, the cost of my order, she got the drink wrong and then almost forgot half of my order and I had to read her the receipt back. On top of this they basically just threw my food in the bag and everything was spilling out of the wrappers it was a mess. This location needs serious help, they need staff and better training."
"A tidy lobby is the first impression as you walk through the door. The staff were polite and made my food quickly. As far as fast food goes this is one of the healthiest options."
"We ordered soft tacos, burritoes and nachos here. All Served in a very reasonable time and freshly Warm by friendly staff. Dining area arras clean and decent number of table and high chairs and counters. Drive thru available too and free parking as well. three digital ordering stand has been made life easier!"
