"I am just about to snap. When I arrived I ask how long would the wait be till they could fix my flat, because I had a bunch of things I had to get done. The guy told there was only one person in front of me . So I'd decided to wait. Well an hour and a half and my car hasn't moved. I am so mad I could just snap. It's not my day off. I'm actually working and I'm having customers call me asking g when I'll be at their homes but I guess it takes two hours to fix a flat here at Les Schwab. Next time I'm not coming Here. One person in front of me??? There has been customers that got here after I did and their cars have gotten taken care of while mine is sitting where I parked it upon my arrival. I would leave and take it to Aberdeen but my tire is completely flat and I can't take it anywhere."
"I have been going to Les Schwab probably 25 years now and I have found it to be true that not all Les Schwab's are the same. Well when it comes to the one here in elma wa all I can say is "buyer freaking beware"!! They love basically to charge you for unasked for services but if you are female they are going to try to rip you off for as much money as they possibly can get away with. And the bad part is I'm not even exaggerating at all. And if a man's reading this do not send your womenfolk to this place because you're going to be very upset when they get back home"
