"Woman working there today March 9, was rude, simply because I asked for propane when the store was busy. She snapped at me, interrupting, talking over me, telling me I'd have to wait, so she didn't hear me say "when you have time." She was in a bad mood because she's there by herself. Well, then complain to the owners if you're understaffed. Not my problem. I will never go back. This is the third time this person has been somewhat rude, but this was the rudest. The new owners and new employees, and the guy that sells the shirts are friendly nice people, but she's a bad apple."

"This store has very poor customer service the female who was working there was very rude and I am a local! I would recommend stopping at the Lyman mercantile or the cute store in Hamilton where the employees are polite and considerate of their customers and especially their children! Don't stop here where everything cost to much and the employee's have no customer service skills. Very bad experience and hope no-one else has to have the poor experience I had. cheers!"
