"They market used, fixed up vacuums as "New, factory refurbished". It is an extremely dishonest marketing tactic. Don't shop here unless you are looking for USED vacuum. In response to the business reply: I live in Burlington, WA, and I did indeed buy a vacuum from this location. We were assured it was "new", only to discover upon opening that it was very much used and refurbished. Don't try to deceive your customers with industry semantics. If you can't do business in a straightforward and honest manner, don't do business."

Jay convinced us to buy a refurbished Rainbow vacuum in 2015 because of allergy issues, and now, 4 years, later it's still running like brand new and we love it.
