"I had a small problem with the bed in my pick up truck. I stopped in to see if Tom would take a look at it and tell me if it could be fixed. He immediately got up walked outside to check on the problem and said it was an easy fix and to come by the next morning. I showed up a little early the next morning and a wonderful young man asked if he could help. I explained what Tom had said the previous day and this man took a look at the problem and then fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. I asked what do I owe you and he said nothing, have a nice day. After this great experience I am having a great day. Thank you Tom and crew. Ps. Previous to this wonderful experience I stopped at a body shop (starts with an R) off of George hopper road in Burlington and asked if they could take a look at my truck bed problem and the gent got on a computer and after about 5 minutes said he could take a look at the truck next week."

I had a fender bender in my 2021 Honda CRV in mid-February, and went to the shop my insurance company works with on a pre-approved basis, and they could not get me in for an estimate for over a month. Tom's Auto Body provided an estimate with a couple days. My car repairs were completed, and life was back to normal in less than a month. They did a great job, and it was painless!!
