"We have had great service at Gateway. Fidel is good at explaining what is needed and the work is done in a timely fashion. Need to keep my truck in good working order. We trust the team at Gateway and will continue to bring them our business."
"Called on 2/13, spoke with Fidel and asked for a quote for certain repairs on a vehicle, was told he would call me back in a couple hours with the quote. It is now 2/20 and he never called me back. Edit based on response: I had Fidel read my phone number back to me to confirm he had my number correct. I also tried calling later in the day on 2/13 but before they closed and no one answered. I have not visited the shop previously, as a potential new customer - no thanks."
"Fidel and the Gateway team were great at figuring out what was wrong with my car and worked diligently to get me the best deal on parts and labor. They were able to drop me off at home and kept me updated through out the repair. Fidel thanks again for helping me out!"
"Had a headlight go out needed two new headlight assemblies and bulbs. I needed it repaired quickly as I got off work at midnight on Monday. Brought my 97 suburban in around 9:30am it was repaired by 10:30am. Ran me $436.96. Thank you Gateway Automotive."
"Brake Master Cylinder replacement, Brake fluid system flush, and pcv vacuum hose replacement. I’m 19 and don’t know much about cars so naturally when problems keep coming up everyday and so does the price by a lot for each thing i get suspicious. but either way the job was finished quickly and the brakes work better then they did when i brought it in. i think communication over email explaining why these specific things needed to be replaced would’ve helped. also the brakes are still loose but like i said better then before. The inspection itself was helpful just knowing everything else that’s wrong with the car. thank you. EDIT: also the actual menu showing the inspection how severe things are and the invoice menu are very neat and easy to understand what is going into your car. just not why."
