"My car had issues wouldn't start and the employees r sooooo uneducated about cars/trucks and what they do for their job its ridiculous and it's very upsetting. My friend had to leave his work and come jump my car cuz the 2 girls working didn't have a clue if they even had something to jump my battery which from my knowledge from others who shop this expensive and usually screwed up orders even if u show the parts u need they still get it wrong. I'm only giving 1 star cuz they r close to my home n so when we need a part we go there first. It's my husband who says we need to go here and I'm the one who says no let's go someplace else!!! If u want unknowledgeable employees who work at a place that u should know the difference between a lug nut and a shock don't go here if there are young people working!! Check to see if the employee knows anything about vehicles espically the 1980s and 1990s or even earlier vehicles!! Knowledge is important at a job u work! If u have no knowledge of your job then learn as much as u can cuz ur killing the company you work for if u keep messing up orders and pulling totally wrong parts with the part u are looking for in hand!!!!!!"
