"I went there today, the day after Black Friday. Although it was crowded, Christina helped my daughter find a hoodie, and she even checked the fitting rooms to see if they had it in her size."

"This is a large store, two stories. They have a lot of merchandise, men, women, kids, accessories. They even had some of the bedroom and kitchen collection. The staff was friendly and the store is designed well with the traditional Ralph Lauren feel to it. Any Polo fan will love this place."

"Zulama helped me today if you want to call it that. Customer service is very poor she obviously did not want to be there I pulled a pair of shorts off of the clearance rack and they were $100 so I said hey I’d like to get the deal that all the other ones are right next to it they were all $60 plus tax and she wouldn’t do anything about it basically acted like I was wasting her time. Her bad attitude was very distasteful to say the least for lack of a better word. That definitely makes me not want to ever go there again. Hopefully she’s not there for too much longer.. "Judging by the reviews posted by other people, I am glad I am not the only one who experienced their pathetic customer service. I went to this store yesterday fully motivated to buy my dad a bunch of shirts since they are visiting me here for the first time. However not a single person approached us or even asked if we needed help. Two girls who were fixing the shirts by their exit doors were extremely engrossed in talking to each other. I normally would let stuff like this go but I was so angry because I wanted my father to have a good shopping experience since he really liked this brand. If any of their management is reading this or comes across this review even accidentally, please wake the hell up. This reflects badly on you for the most part."
