"Customer service is horrible... Black Heavy set lady that works Sunday mornings is so mean... You speak she don't speak back... She's on the phone while she is ringing you up... No type of enthusiasm no form of engaging with the customer... Y'all need to fire her... I'm not going back in there staff too mean... They don't smile they don't speak... Feels like I wasted my time and money... Find another Walgreens if you want good customer service... Doesn't even deserve a half a star if I can leave it empty I would 0 stars"

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! 3 employees in the pharmacy but only 1 to help customers because when she came back from break the other 1 walked away. Started with 3 customers waiting them turned into 10 after 20 minutes and nobody would assist! Then my script isn't ready (although I was robo called 4 hours earlier) because they have "120 scripts waiting and we don't have time! Really?!? Then she gets locked out the register cuz she can't find her badge so NOW the pharmacy tech can come to the register and just apologize because the 3RD PERSON is "allegedly" off! So the customers waiting mean nothing! AND THEN THE 2 HAD THE NERVE TO HAVE ATTITUDES BECAUSE THE CUSTOMERS WERE IRRITATED! REALLY! CVS/MEJERS/ONLINE HERE I COME!! HORRIBLE!!"

"Absolute worst. Can't even call this place. They'll pick up and place you on hold for 10 minutes then it hangs up. Pharmacy is always having staffing issues and the store is always out of stuff. You have to waste time to go to the store to find out the pharmacy is not staffed as always because no one will pick up the phone. Meanwhile when you get there they're just lounging around on their phones. Not to mention, there's always someone begging you for change at the front doors."

"This pharmacy is extremely awful. I have been calling leaving messages from my job for patients prescriptions. I was on hold someone answered then put the phone down I kept saying hello for more then five minutes then they hung up on me. Now I’m calling again from my job no one will answer to help me confirm if they’ve checked their pharmacist voicemail to make sure a patient of ours gets her prescriptions. This is seriously ridiculous. Temporarily close when ever they want. Do not check their voicemails or answer their phones. They deserve NO stars."
