"Love this park and the wonderful paved trail that links it to the Military Ridge trail"
"Brigham County Park, in Dane County WI, west of Madison, and near Mt Horeb & Cave of the Mounds in Wisconsin's Driftless Area has always been my favorite county park in the USA since discovering it as a university student around 1970. It has a small campground, picnic area and even smaller playground. On a clear day, the views to the north into the Wisconsin River valley are stunning, and even better during autumn. Nearby areas are filled with contour-plowed and planted corn fields, dairy farms and other spectacular sights. It's a great basecamp for visiting Cave of the Mounds, Bluemound State Park, House on the Rock, Epic Intergalactic Headquarters, Taliesin and so much more by car."
"The park has a small campground. It’s a very quiet location. The pit toilets are well maintained and clean. There are a couple of walking paths you can access from the park. One of them leads to Cave of the Mounds which is only a mile away."

"Great place to take the little ones. Great views for the adults, playground, (level/easy) trails, camping and shelters for gatherings. Seriously, some of the best views in (near) Dane County - had no idea we had such high ground here."
