"Live in Chippewa Falls and frequent Eau Claire. Signed up last week for the monthly car wash membership and every day this week the Chippewa Falls location and two of the Eau Claire locations have been closed. Called 715–839–5210 and pushed zero as instructed and the phone system continues looping back into the same menu. Simply would like to know if the car washes are permanently closed or will they be correcting the issue. At this point guess I will just cancel my membership and find another car wash to use."

"Two locations told me after I already filled up my gas tank to stop by later between 4-7 for a "big event." I stopped by both locations after 4, neither was prepared for the so called "big event." No gift cards available like I was told, instead they said I could text a number for a discount. No thanks. Next time you plan for a "big event," maybe be prepared for it. This company wouldn't stock their stores all summer and now this. Who's running this so called operation?"

"Currently Working there myself and Can say this have had a good time working... Cept for today. Where i found out the companies true colors of prioritizing work over family. And yes before anyone says that's every company. I would like to say this. I work for these people but i would not DIE for these people."
