"I've been a loyal Eddie Bauer customer for many years. Always been happy with the quality and has great experiences purchasing online but my in-person visits to this store are absolutely terrible. The blond haired manager is EXTREMELY rude and will just walk away while you're talking. She won't make eye contact and she is very harsh. I won't buy from Eddie Bauer again because of this store's staff."

"I bought a backpack in 2015 (when they still had a lifetime warranty) and thought it would be very nice to have in case something happened to it. Now they changed their policy to only a 1 year warranty. My backpack would still be under the old warranty because I bought it before the policy changed, but they wouldn't accept it because of the new policy. Not only that, but the workers there were very rude to me because of it and walked away while we were still talking. Occurrences like this happened every time I returned a product that was under a lifetime warranty but, after much growling and groaning, they would eventually give me a new one. I liked there store very much before, but I am never buying from Eddie Bauer again because of this."
