"My puppy's first bath/nail clip visit to groomer. Entered the small waiting room and was met by 4 or 5 loudly barking dogs behind the counter. My dog wasn't comfortable at all. I wanted to take a photo of her getting her 1st bath because I was so excited for her. The groomer said ABSOLUTELY NOT. Wouldn't let me look around, I wanted to check out the shop; I've never been there before. Doesn't everyone want to check out a place where you are leaving your dear pet? Was leery about keeping the appointment but my dog's birthday was in couple days and wanted to treat her. Decided to give the shop a chance. When I picked her up, the groomer didn't explain much about how the session went when I asked. She told me she needed to groom another dog and rushed me out. Groomer lacked any customer service. When picking my dog up from the floor, I noticed how dirty the shop was. My dog seemed a little frightened when putting her in the car. My dog did smell good and was wearing a piece of cloth cut into a bandana, the only good thing from the session. Not a good first impression at all. NEVER GOING BACK!"
