"We are putting our 8 year old chocolate lab down today after a battle with cancer and a rear leg amputation. We wanted to give him one last swim and the team was so catering to our situation and even got partially into the pool with him to make sure he could walk up the ramp when coming out of the pool. As a business owner myself, this is what customer service is all about. I will go out of my way to do business here in the future with our 3 other labs."

"I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years but I will never go back after the last experience I had. My dog came back with a terrible groom-so I brought him in to get fixed…he looked wonderful! However, the next day my dog was acting very strange-acting sickly, weak, and falling asleep standing up. He was in pain lying down. Upon further review, I noticed 3 deep cuts on his privates! No one even informed me of this either! I can’t imagine it didn’t bleed. As if I wouldn’t notice? I of course contacted the owner who immediately copped an attitude. He did say he would refund me my money, however to me it’s not about the money… it’s about the well being of my dog-Adam needs to learn that a little bit of empathy goes a long way. But Adam was more interested in defending his horrible groomer than my dog who was suffering. I told him he can keep his money (which he did, I never did receive a refund) but I’ll never go back and I’d caution anyone else who went as well."
