"'Not taking new customers', never received a callback to determine if it's temporary, wait listed, or simply on hiatus. --- Post-response from business, Based on the reply (third edit: note that this reply from the business has since been edited to be quite professional, in an excellent display of lack of integrity in what was first said. I may add to my review, but i won't be deceptive in what I've said, even when I am wrong.), it would seem that this person wants to imply blacklisting me by 'sharing this with the grooming community'. Yes, the one-star review is appropriate. I was polite, and listened carefully to the recorded message. Twice. Hence the message, though they did mention "faster replies to text messaging". How professional. Thank you for responding to my review. I will also 'share this with the community', and am glad your business is doing so well that you don't need to cultivate good relationships with potential customers. Why not do a search for 'communication' in these reviews. Seems you have a habit of alienating potential customers. Glad my dog will never see you."

"What a wonderful experience! First time here, and will now be my go to groomer for my dog. Jen was so sweet and took the time to make my dog feel safe in a new setting. My dog has separation anxiety, but did so well with Jen. Her grooming skills are so precise and clean; you can definitely tell she takes her time with each dog she grooms. I HIGHLY recommend Honeysuckle Hounds Grooming! You won’t be disappointed!"

"Oh My Goodness!! Words cannot express how much I love this place. I wasn't really looking for a new groomer. I live downtown Milwaukee & would bounce between 2 places closer to me, but a friend recommended Honeysuckle. Even though it was in West Allis, which is farther for me, I still gave it try. I have 2 dogs & one of them has anxieties, but Jen was so patient with him, even though he wouldn't stop barking at her. By the time I left, he opened to her so much. He was so happy & seemed very comfortable with her like he'd known her for years. We immediately made a 2nd appointment for our other dog. Not only was Jen's patience amazing, but her grooming skills are FANTASTIC! One of our dogs is a Lhasa Apso & those dogs cannot have bad haircuts. LOL Definitely nothing to worry about here. She did such an amazing job! I truly am so obsessed! It's definitely a longer drive & out of my way for me, but 100% my new go to place! I cannot imagine going anywhere else at this point! THANK YOU!!"
