"They gave my cat a lion’s cut and they did it well. Just a reminder to all cat owners who have multiple cats, be aware that when you bring your newly bathe cat home, the other cat won’t recognize him/her anymore and the cat that was left out at home would be hissing and fighting with the newly groomed cat because he/she doesn’t recognize him/her anymore. It is normal and it will last 2-3 days."
"They did good the first time we brought our dog. This second time was not a good experience. I found that we were over charged the first time, and prices went up after I booked this appointment but it is what it is so of course I paid the higher cost. When loving on my dog and inspecting the hair cut after getting home, I noticed they shaved behind her ear too short and there was bleeding... I wish they were honest and let me know about this. We will not be returning."
"They did a WONDERFUL job grooming my two dogs. I couldn't be more pleased and will certainly be returning!! They talked me out of shaving one of my dogs and I am so happy they did! Her trim was perfect and the de-shedding treatment helped reduce the amount she was shedding. Their knowledgeable advice was invaluable and very much appreciated."
"We took our dog here today for the first time. He’s terrible with the bath/grooming. They had patience with him and told us we can bring him back. They said they are willing to work with him and hopefully he will get better. So far so good, will be our new home groomer for sure!"
