"Stopped in Monday to have a prescription filled, nice woman told they didn't have it but would be ready tomorrow. Tried calling at 6 pm Tuesday, but after 20 minutes never talked to a human. Went to the store at 7 pm, same nice woman told they didn't have it. I asked if I should pursue another avenue (like call another store?), she asked for my insurance card and gave it to another employee who gave me my prescription. Didn't she just LIE to me? And maybe on Monday too? Never again going there. One star 'cause the store was open and the lights were on."

"Been waiting two days for my prescription to be ready. Half of it is ready and the other half I am told they will try to fill today (I was told yesterday it would be done today). The excuse is that they are behind/short staffed. I will likely have to get it filled elsewhere as I really need these meds. I can’t continue to rely on “maybe” or “we will try” any longer. This may be an opportune time to put out an ad seeking additional staff. It’s not uncommon for this pharmacy to struggle to keep up with demand. There seems to be a pattern of issues… They don’t have the medication, won’t bring in the medication, won’t look to see if other locations have the medication, unprepared, unfriendly, and sometimes rude… Your staff members will be happier and more effective workers if you don’t spread them so thin. Trying to call back to get my script changed to another location and they keep picking up the phone and putting it on hold without saying a word, no communications asking me to hold either. They are just letting it ring and ring. In the time you are taking to ignore me calling in as a paying customer we could have had this prescription transferred to a location that can handle it. 12 minutes of this so far. I tried to change the location on the app but it won’t let me and says I need to call. I ended up hanging up and called the main line asking for the manager (Sherry). The lady who answered the phone told me she has the same issue getting her scripts and plans to go somewhere else and she freakin works there. I finally get through to the pharmacy and I am told I need to call the location I want to have it transferred to- there is nothing they can do for me. I think I’m going to change my default location going forward. Good lord!"

"I was having trouble filling my prescription, and had a mix up between the doctor and the pharmacy. The staff all went far above and beyond by calling the doctor to find out what the problem was, remaining patient and understanding as I called several times to figure out the problem. They helped explain why the prescription wasn’t able to be filled, and how I could fix it, offered to hold my medication for me until I cleared things up. I asked for the names of all staff who worked so hard tonight to help me and they are: Nikki, Shoua, Miguel, and Izzy. These four turned a stressful situation into something to be remembered and I’m grateful! If I could put 10/5 stars I would."

"Customer service was great. Has a variety of many products. Medical Supplies, vitamins, pain relievers, cold/cough medicine, crushed, canes, supplements, protein powder and premixed protein drinks. Cold beverages in the cooler section which also has ice cream etc. Greeting cards, make up, skin care products, oral hygiene products, batteries. Has a Photo Center and a Pharmacy with drive through. Everything was clean and well organized. Again employees were great."
