"After taking my life at risk walking thru a pile of snow and ice (this was 2 wks after our big snow)from the parking lot to the unshoveled steps, I was attended by a very unhappy person. Picking up my dog, I noticed an uneven hair cut all over. Again the personnel was unfriendly and unsmiling. When I got him home, I saw the shaving they did on his tummy was very irregular. 2 days later he had 6 red places on his tummy he was licking at ( cut too close or rash?). This dog has had grooming for years and never had an experience like this. Will not be going back to this nightmare. They need to get a new job!! Something where they don't have to deal with customers and treat doggies unkindly."

Then they needed to cancel my rescheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and the owner was horribly rude. I would not take my dog there. If they treat people like that, how would they treat your dog ???"

"I have a medium hair calico cat who I've been bringing here for over a year. I take her in every few months for a professional brush and nail trim. It was extremely hard to find a place that will take a cat! They always do a great job and get off a TON of hair. I am very grateful I found this place. They even squeezed her in last minute once because a medication she had gave her terrible knots. They take great care of her."

"We took our 6mo old sheepadoodle in for his first haircut. His coat was in good condition, no mats but he needed a haircut for summer. They did a great job, and his pictures were put on their Facebook site! They were able to get him in within days, not months like petco and petsmart was scheduling out. It was also very affordable. In the past I've also brought my elderly cat in with matted fur. They did a great job with her too!"
