"Tracy and her team are wonderful to work with!"
"I have been going to Happy Tails for years. It is closest to me, has certified trainers (other places have trainers, but they are NOT certified). The trainers are friendly, helpful, and are experienced in the dog world."
"We're given a lot of good training information and tips. My dog loves going to training and getting the time to play with other dogs. The trainers are great and willing to help and answer any questions we have. Great place!"
"This review has taken me a year to write because I hate being “that person” but I feel that putting the time into training your dog is a very important thing. We took our high energy, high stress dog to Tracy at her Dakota location. She worked with Delta a little, told us she’s just stressed and reactive. We also shared that we take her to dog daycare where she is fine and has no problems. The next time we took her; a week or two later. Tracy acted like she had never even seen Delta before. We had went for a training and for Delta to essentially try on a collar she suggested for pulling. Delta reacted to her dogs in her kennel and she said that she would never bring delta to a dog daycare.(our dog daycare was appalled she even said that). She didn’t work with her at all and all it was, was to try on the collar. I felt kinda ripped off that she didn’t remember my dog and I was charged just for her to try on a collar. I’m sure it’s a TON of dogs to remember but simply being organized and making notes about any dog you’re about to work with would have solved the problem. Delta has also been fairly underweight since we’ve gotten her as a puppy. She won’t gain any. Tracy suggested that we try a grain free food where Delta ended up losing a ton of weight where our dog daycare was also concerned. Our vet told us that for a growing puppy that they absolutely need grain in their diet. Maybe I caught her on an off day but I’ve been apprehensive about spending the money on any trainer anywhere after this experience"
