"We take our Shitzu Poodle mix here for the full service grooming. Staff is super awesome and care about your pet. Our groomer really knows what she is doing and takes her time making sure our little guy gets premium pampering. For everything they offer included in the grooming services, I consider them to have fair and competitive pricing. We have not tried their doggy daycare yet , so I cannot comment on that yet. 5 stars on the grooming side though!"

"Staff is great, the Owner and HR are besties , so you have file complaints above them. Sparta Boarding is not sanitary because owner doesn't want to pay staff . The roofs leaking through the ceilings and from pipes in walls.there is not proper heating to Boarding kennels lg 5-10. The electricity is not to code and flickers, and fuses constantly blowing. This is not an employee issue, it's an owner issue. Marcie is aware of all this and doesn't want to put money into spartas location. She fires staff who doesn't accept these conditions and keep quiet about it. The amount of waste in the yards is unsanitary, yet she won't allow adequate staff on to properly clean the boarding. I would never board my dogs there, nor recommend anyone to due to this. I'd willing let he sparta employees care for my dogs elsewhere, they are loving people. But the boarding facility is unsanitary, improperly heated, leaking from roof and walls, electrical shorting hazardous conditon. I was fired for speaking of how Marcie allows it to run this way as she profits from clients who would expect it to be as safe and sanitary as her west Salem spa. Ask for a tour! Of the whole inside and the yards. You should be allowed to see all 30 kennels. Look in the kennels. Look at the entire facility , there's a damp back hall of kennels that clients never see :("
