"To preface, my dog is very anxious. I made an appointment a week ago to have him bathed and his nails trimmed. We showed up and 3 small dogs were in the waiting area barking at us as I opened the door with no one around. I didn't want to take my dog into that so I waited outside for someone to come to the desk. No one came. I called and no one answered so we left. Will not be coming back."
