"We are so happy with the service here! This was both of our large dogs first time with a groomer, and they were so great and patient with them! Both dogs even tolerated their nails being trimmed (which is usually a NIGHTMARE)!! Maddie was amazing and so kind to both myself and the big pooches! We will be back every month!"

"Just the worst, stay away from this place. Usually went to Hudson location, signed up for appt for both my dogs, arrived at location. There is a sign on the door that says “closed for remodeling and to call other location” Called other location in Roberts, never was told that Hudson was closed permanently even though says closed for remodel. Can’t get dogs back in until another week because of this = no thanks! Never answers phones either 100% better when it was Joni’s dog grooming!"

"We have bringing our dogs here for years and never experienced anything bad. Just yesterday, we brought both of our springers in, male-7 and female-2. No issues with our male springer. Our female springer, who is still young and has only been groomed 2 times before, and is squirmy to begin with but a sweet and loving dog, got charged extra for not behaving well. We were fine paying that extra charge. Upon picking her up and bringing her home, she was frightened to go by any of us in our home (this has never happened before) and she continued to cough throughout the night (assuming from something being too tight around her neck). She clearly was not treated well and her behavior after her grooming clearly illustrates that. This establishment was amazing until the recent new ownership and we unfortunately will no longer bring our two dogs here after this incident. As pet owners, we should be able to trust leaving our animals in the hands of individuals who preach they love and treat animals properly, but this establishment has now lost our trust and business."

"We highly recommend Joni's Dog Grooming! We've taken our border-lab in twice now and love how Joni's grooms her. It's perfect...and our dog looks and feels great."
