"I somehow got charged 3 different prices for the exact same item literally same on all the receipts but different pricing which normally be fine however this wasn't for myself but for a local business who used cash so when I forgot the original receipt I walked back into the store at which I was told that there was no possible way for a receipt to be produced because I paid with cash even though I know from various other people and other Menards that a receipt could be produced if I paid cash I even had the relevant information as in which til it was processed at what time it was processed and also the exact change. So I was forced to return the item and go buy another of the exact same product but for some reason it was cheaper this time so there was a discrepancy for the business that I work for that WE had to cover and not Menards. Literally ridiculous."

"Good Menards that is reliable and clean. Service is quick at checkout and in the lumbar yard. Restrooms are clean and not hard to find. My partner spends way too much time at this store, all it is missing is a waiting room with chairs and drinks for family to wait while the men shop. In a pinch you can buy a drink and grab a seat in the outdoor furniture section to wait rather than sitting in the car."

"Solid Menards. But hey they’re all the same, eh? Did not find what I was looking for. Was looking for a zebra. Taco truck in parking lot for the win!"

"We placed a special order here and when that was placed James told us that the packaging(aka pallet) it came on could be returned. Well…..we picked up our special order and find out that the $60 pallet was not returnable. We don’t have the extra money to throw around and would have never ever ordered from there if we knew this was the case. I had first spoke with someone back in building and they pretty much told me to bad so sad, come to find out is was the GM…..weird!!! I spoke with the Manager up front and she didn’t understand why this happened. She tried to be nice and said they would talk with James, so hopefully the problem gets fixed before others have to be ripped off. We actually had a freezer loaded, but unloaded it and got our money back for that. About 99.999999% sure I am done shopping at Menards!"

"Went to Menards today. This was my third trip as required by any Mark home improvement project. The first trip was to return improper joint Filler material. Second was to buy more of the correct filler I did not get the first time. Last trip was for light bulbs in the garage."
