"We hired Splash Custom Pools to replace the broken ropes on our Coverstar automatic swimming pool cover on an indoor pool back in the spring. They told us it would be ordered and replaced within 2 months. It actually took longer than 6 months and the cover is making a loud, jerky noise when we try to close it. Communication with this company can be frustrating. The repair person who did the work made stains on the concrete surrounding the pool on 2 occasions and left without talking to us both times so we did not have the opportunity to inspect the work, ask questions, etc. prior to his departure. Update from original review: The owner called us and offered an explanation and an apology for the issues we have been having. They also came over and reviewed the work again, diagnosed the new noises, and sent a quote for the repair for the problem, which turned out to be unrelated to the fabric cover. After speaking to him I would hire them again mostly because they are the only pool repair company in the area who even called us back and the owner sounded like a nice person."

"Scott and his team did a great job transforming our 40 year old concrete pool with the old metal ring into a thing of beauty. Only complaint was timing and the communication. Other than that the guys were professional amd very polite. I would use them again in a heartbeat."

"The tech discovered that I had a Brocken check valve leading to the heat exchanger. He did not have the part on hand which led to much run around miscommunication. A full week has gone by and every time I call I’m told that they would reach out to the tech and get back to me, but I never receive a call back. I would have to call back just to get the same response. I have a sweet 16 party planned for next Sunday and this pool opening was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Too late to rent out another venue for it!!! This is very unprofessional from a company that size and I got the impression that my business wasn’t even wanted. I was reminded that they were busy and had other jobs to finish even though my appointment was already scheduled months in advance. The tech was very personable, but that does little good when I’m treated like they would have preferred not to take the job after he leaves. As of now, I would definitely refer others to look elsewhere for their pool services. Update… Splash Pools management did become more responsive and we were able to get the parts needed in time my daughters sweet 16 pool party. Although things started off shaky, they were able to come through when it counted the most. I scheduled them to close my pool for the season. Updated my 1 star rating to 3. Could be moved higher depending on how the closing goes. Will post how that went after it’s done…"

"We chose splash for our in ground pool after talking to 5 other people who had pools, and all 5 having used and recommended them! Days before breaking ground we found out about an easement that messed up our plan - Scott and Duane were quick to re-work the plan to work within this problem and keep us on schedule! Decided to add the slide mid way through - no problem! Very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend working with Splash on any in ground pool project you're considering."
