"Had them lined up to put in pool- exchanged emails with a date, 3 days before date fails to respond to correspondences. Emailed to maintain a paper trail and asked when he would be coming to install and never returns email. Found new installer- very happy with new installer update: since I noticed they responded 3 weeks ago to my post that is 6 months ago, I should let you know that I have saved every email I ever sent or received from them (still have them), and contrary to their statement, no contract was sent to me. An amount was agreed upon when he came and did initial look at the site, and I was told that they just finished putting in their last pool and they would have time to do mine yet. With that, I mean no ill will towards them or their company, they did come recommended for quality work, however I never got to experience that. Tony did come to my house 1 day after contacting initially but never replied to emails after date was picked. In the long run it didn't work out between us, my pool is in, very happy, wish you guys the best going forward."
