"Was supposed to get flowers delivered on Monday for my birthday, finally Saturday someone came to deliver them but, we were outside so didn’t hear the door. They left a door tag not the flowers. I called them and they said I would have to pay $10 for a re-delivery fee or come pick them up myself. I’m sorry this is complete b/s your a delivery service, this was a gift!! Why in the world would you not leave them at the door! Absolutely disgusted with this company, very poor service and the people I talked on the phone were not informative and or professional in the least. I would have been better off with gas station flowers"
"No actual work with them but after the incounter I had with one of their vans tailgating me on the highway I will not order flowers from them. I was passing a slower car and was admittedly speeding myself by about 7 miles and their minivan was so close I could not see their headlights in my rearview mirror. They were also swerving all over their lane. Ridiculous behavior. Hire some people who can drive better."
"We have done business for 12 yrs with you but after today we will go elsewhere. You should be ashamed of selling these flowers. Half dead, broken and disgraceful. How could you take advantage of a man like this. 42.00 for a 10.0p bunch of flowers. To your response. They have been in water for 24 hours. Besides being ambushed this is not thirsty this is dead."
"I was leaving work today and my husband said, "did you like your surprised today?" I told him I didn't have any surprises. He called Flowerama at 315 and asked them why the flowers hadn't been delivered and I told him they probably had till five to deliver. Well I get a text from my employee that Flowerama called after 5 PM saying they will be delivered in the morning. Why overbook the sales? I would rather know you are too busy rather than not getting them... I don't have them yet and just told my husband to cancel them... won't be using them again"
"I highly recommend this business. Walking in, you will receive excellent customer service, and you will find a vast and wide variety of gifts for whoever you have in mind. Gifts will range from an impressively large selection of different types of flowers, plants, balloons, and candy. Depending on what time of year you shop here, you will find different items in relation to the nearest holiday/event. I will certainly be coming back here in the future."
