"Had a wonderful experience during Softball and Baseball pictures for my children’s teams this summer. My kids were very happy to work with a spunky happy person for pictures unlike the boring studio they usually work with during school photograph events! When I ordered my kids pictures I submitted two orders. I received my sons package rather quickly but my daughters package took weeks. This was not a problem with Tom, but once I contacted Tom he was on the phone with Fed Ex, watching tracking and responding to me immediately. He made multiple calls and followed up to me by email every time to keep me in the loop on where my package was. "I highly recommend Giles Photography. Tom was a very knowledgable and enthusiastic professional photographer. My son was hesitant to be in the studio for an hour, but as it ended up, Tom took the time to ask him his thoughts and interests which got him much more comfortable with the idea of being photographed as well as getting his own creative juices flowing. Come to find out, they had a lot of similar interests too. Anyway, Tom was very personable, friendly and fun to chat with. He was responsive and spent time to ensure we got exactly what we wanted without breaking the bank. The pictures were fantastic!!!! He was able to take a painting I did back in high school and made it a background which my son wanted and we both looooved!!! As a mother, that made my heart melt.
